Fisher Price Baby Swings Reviewed

Be sure to use a long range baby monitor with cameras to always keep an eye on your baby in the swing.
#1 Fisher-Price Sweet Snugapuppy Dreams Cradle ‘n Swing
The unique selling point for this Fisher Price model is the fact it doesn’t just move side to side it can go back and forth too.
This is incredibly important if you have a fussy baby, some babies will like to swing side to side almost like being swayed in their parent’s arms.
Many swings don’t offer the seat to recline, this is not the case here. The swing can be moved into two different seating positions. Again, very useful if you have a fussy baby or one that suffers from colic.
It has 16 songs and sounds built-in, however, this isn’t really an important feature, you can always play babies favorite sounds from your phone.
It was super easy for us to set the swing up, we have tried and tested many on the market and this is by far one of these easiest to put up and take down fast.
Unlike other models, this one provides good head support so it is good for newborn babies to use too.
The only drawback is the supporting legs take up a lot of space, so make sure that you have room for it.
It is plug powered so not too expensive to run. Our test baby loved this swing, it’s the best you can buy for your money right now.

#2 Fisher-Price Moonlight Meadow Cradle ‘n Swing
Like all Fisher Price baby swings this one too operates in two different swing motions, side to side or head to toe.
The swing has 16 in-built sounds and can move at 6 different speeds. It has a motorized animal mobile which really does keep baby’s attention, great for fussy babies.
The swing is easy to convert into different seating positions, just press a single button and it can be switched around for comfort.
As always, Fisher-Price can run on plug-in or batteries, the choice is yours. Using the plugin will save money on operating costs.
The seat itself is really well padded out, it’s very comfortable indeed, our test baby fell asleep in this swing after just ten minutes use.
If your little one has reflux then it’s not going to be the best choice, the seating position does not go upright enough for them to be 100% comfortable.
Using a baby swing like this helps extend the baby’s sleep times, they help get babies over to sleep too playing their favorite sounds.
The swings by Fisher Price vibrate and swing and really do work at settling babies, they have been said to be real lifesavers by many parents, including me.
Be aware that some babies don’t like swinging back and forth and just like side to side, this offers both options so you won’t waste your money.
The running sound of the swing motor is not over loud and is quiet enough for the baby not to notice and is able to get to sleep easily.
This is more comfortable than most other baby swings we have tested, it’s well worth the money that’s for sure.
We have also done a guide to reveal the best baby car seat on the market right now.
